Reding wants US to repair trust in privacy matters

The recent spying scandals related to Snowden’s revelations, made European citizen’s loose trust in the US data privacy system. Therefore, the US should work on bringing that trust back, EU justice commissioner Reding believes and states at the meeting in Washington to negiotate an agreement for law enforcement purposes.
